The audit-to-content system for agencies and site owners

Scheduled checks on every site you look after, explained in plain language and turned into published content.

New Search intent on keywords

SiteRefiner is an audit-to-content platform for digital agencies and for anyone with a few sites of their own. It runs scheduled SEO, performance, link, search, analytics and ad spend checks on every site, scores and ranks what to fix, explains each run in plain language and turns the findings into content published on the site itself. It is priced per site, not per seat.

A new kind of SEO platform. Most tools stop at the report. SiteRefiner runs ten checks on a schedule, explains what they found in plain language, and turns the findings into content published back to the site.

FIG 0.1

Scheduled, not remembered

Every site and service keeps its own cadence. Checks run daily, weekly or monthly, never pile up, and a run that stalls is reported rather than left spinning.

FIG 0.2

Explained, not exported

Each run ends in a plain-language report you can question, grounded in that run's own numbers.

FIG 0.3

Published, not parked

Findings seed a six-stage writing pipeline that drafts, fact-checks and publishes to the client's own CMS.

Who it is for

Agencies with a client roster
Run the same checks on every site on a schedule, and show each client why their numbers moved without rebuilding a report by hand.
Anyone with a few sites of their own
A business owner, a freelancer or a small in-house team. One site or a handful, checked every week, with reports written for someone who did not run the check.
Agencies that sell content
Turn last week's findings into briefs, fact-checked drafts and pages published on the client's own site, without a second tool.
Not yet a fit
Teams who need backlink data, exact rank tracking or white-label PDF reports today. All three are on the roadmap and none is in the product yet.

Compared with doing it by hand

TaskBy handWith SiteRefiner
SchedulingSomeone remembers to run the crawler, the speed test and the Search Console export for each client.Every site and service has its own cadence. Runs start on their own and never pile up.
Joining the dataExports from five tools pasted into a spreadsheet, matched by URL by hand.Every check lands on the same page record, so one row shows everything known about a URL.
PrioritisingThe longest list wins, or the loudest client does.Pages are ranked by how broken they are and how much traffic they carry, so the first fix is the one that matters.
ReportingAn afternoon rewriting numbers into an email the client may not read.A plain-language report per run, grounded in that run's own data, that you can ask follow-up questions of.
ContentBrief a writer, wait, fact-check, format, upload.A finding becomes a brief, a draft in the site's voice, a fact-checked edit and a published page.
CostA seat in each tool for each person who needs to look. One price per client site. The people who need to read a report can log in.

Checks that run themselves

Ten services across site health, search, analytics and spend. Each runs on its own schedule per site, can be started or cancelled mid-flight, and reports progress page by page.

Reports that answer back

SEO Opportunity and Google Ads runs end in a written report: a headline, prioritised recommendations with impact and effort, and the exact queries and pages involved. Then ask follow-up questions in the same thread.

Striking-distance queries are the fastest win. 14 queries sit in positions 8 to 20 with 3,900 monthly impressions between them. Lifting the top five onto page one is worth roughly 310 extra clicks a month.

Impressions held at 1,240, but average position slipped from 6.2 to 9.8 on Tuesday. The page lost its FAQ rich result when the FAQ JSON-LD was removed, and Site Audit flagged missing structured data the same day. Restoring it is recommendation 02.

Content off the findings

A content gap or a striking-distance query becomes a brief. Six stages scan the site's voice, research, write, fact-check against the sources and publish to the client's CMS, with every stage visible and cancellable.

Changelog

  1. Search intent on keywords

Every keyword in a site's universe now carries an estimated intent, read from its wording and the site's own signals.

  2. Google Ads through GA4

Spend, conversions and wasted search terms per campaign, read through the site's existing Google connection.

  3. More ways to connect Google

Connect a client's Google properties with a service account while one-click sign-in is being finalised.

  4. Live per-page progress

Site Audit, Link Crawl and Page Speed runs report every completed page, so a long crawl shows real movement.

“Failure is a first-class state.”
Principle 04 Runs fail, stall and get cancelled. We show it.
